Our AC stopped working at the end of 2021. Richard from Quality Heating & Air came out diagnosed the problem without any issue. I am very pleased with the quality work and professionalism he provided. If you‘re looking for AC repair, I highly recommend this company.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Guaranteed Quality Heating and Air! They installed new Heating and Air Conditioning units with new 8 inch ducts in my home on 10-21-19. I replaced the Heating system because it has been recalled as a fire hazard . I replaced the Air Conditioning unit because the R22 Freon in my unit will be banned in 2020 and repair will be impossible. My Heating system is zoned and located in the attic, so replacement is not the easiest of projects. Guaranteed Quality was not the cheapest of 5 bids I received, nor were they the most expensive.

Not only did the crew come and go as promised, but they were efficient and orderly, I am posting this review to thank Guaranteed Quality Heating and Air for the professional and beautiful installation. I do not use the term “beautiful” lightly; the ductwork is strapped to the ceiling to enable ease of access and to allow usage of the attic floor space. The heating unit has a protective layer of insulation wrapped around it. I AM SO PLEASED!

Guaranteed Quality installed a mini-split system about six months ago. This week they came to check on the system and clean the filters.
I happened to mention that I was finding it impossible to have my old in-the-floor heater disconnected from gas. I tried calling the place that replaced it about 5 years ago and they wouldn’t come out. I asked the gas company but they said the access was too small and the crawl space to narrow.
Immediately David said he’d do it. I was delighted to pay whatever it was going to cost. I wanted to remove it and couldn’t with it attached to the gas line and while I’ll do a lot of DIY, I leave gas and plumbing alone.
And then David told me the cost: no charge. He just crawled through the tiny crawl hole (and he’s not a tiny guy) and disconnected the pipe and turned off the valve (he wanted to cap it but didn’t have the right size cap with him). For free.
Who does that? Apparently they do.
And now they appear to be expanding to things beyond just HVAC but other renovation work. Will I be calling them when it’s time for the kitchen? You guess.

I was so impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Guaranteed Quality Restoration, Inc.. I was going through some remodeling and my contractor had disconnected my Air Conditioning unit. I was without a running Air Conditioning unit from winter through July. After many pleas to my contractor to connect my Air Conditioning system as I had medical issues being subjected to extreme heat, I still had no running Air Conditioning unit. It was now July 2014. I had no choice but to hire a air conditioning company to connect my Air Conditioning condenser unit. Many Air Conditioning companies could not provide service to me right away due to their heavy summer workload. However Guaranteed Quality as busy as they were was empathetic to my needs and I had my Air Conditioning up and running within a couple days from my initial contact with Guaranteed Quality. Jake, Guaranteed Quality’s Air Conditioning technician has shown exemplary skills and expertise in his field. He was able to install dampers to balance the air flow throughout my house as I had a problem with some rooms being cold and other rooms not getting enough ventilation/circulation. Jake did an awesome job professional and pleasant. Donnie, Anthony and Larry had been just great. They were all superb with a great clean up job too. Dave and Martin in scheduling did a wonder job coordinating the work being done at my home. I highly recommend Guaranteed Quality Restoration, Inc. as from my experience they exemplify and live up to their company’s name “Guaranteed Quality”. But more so they are about their customers.
